Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream 50ml is a lightweight vegan gel-cream built for skin recovering from breakouts. The name describes the formula: three blemish-relief ingredients, four nourishing ingredients and five soothing ingredients. It is clinically tested as non-comedogenic and formulated without essential oils, which makes it unusually safe for acne-prone skin.

What does the 345 Relief Cream do?

• Helps fade post-acne marks and uneven tone with niacinamide, resveratrol and tannic acid.
• Supports the skin barrier with ceramide NP, beta-glucan, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid and rice bran PDRN.
• Calms redness and irritation with camellia, tea tree and centella leaf waters plus madecassoside.
• Absorbs as a silky gel-cream that will not clog pores.
• Contains no essential oils — a common hidden irritant in soothing creams.

Is this right for my skin?

Best for oily and combination skin dealing with active blemishes or the marks they leave behind, and for skin irritated by treatments or hot weather. The non-comedogenic testing and the absence of essential oils make it one of the safer choices for acne-prone skin.

Less suited if your skin is very dry — this is a gel-cream rather than a rich moisturiser. The 147 Barrier Cream is the better choice there.

How do I use it?

1. Cleanse and apply your toner.
2. Apply your serum, if you use one.
3. Apply an adequate amount of cream evenly over the face.
4. Press gently into the skin until absorbed rather than rubbing.
5. In the morning, follow with SPF50+. At night this is your final step.
