How do I use it?

1. Cleanse, apply toner, then your serum.
2. Take one to two capsules with the spatula.
3. Warm between your fingertips until the capsule blends into the cream.
4. Press into the skin rather than rubbing.
5. In the morning, follow with SPF50+.
