How do I use it?

1. Cleanse and apply your toner.
2. Unfold the sheet and apply evenly, smoothing from the centre outward.
3. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove before the sheet dries out.
4. Remove and pat the remaining essence into the skin. Do not rinse.
5. Follow with moisturiser.

Use two to three times a week, or whenever your skin needs calming.
